Laxnar Beaumont Plantation Retreat offers a unique accommodation experience perched on the edge of a mountain in the heart of the Western Ghats. This exclusive property overlooks a scenic viewpoint, presenting a breathtaking 1,000-foot drop to the valley below, where a quaint township is nestled. From this vantage point, guests can marvel at the sweeping array of Western Ghats mountains, with views that stretch across verdant landscapes and include a glimpse of the picturesque Aurvikuzhi Falls.

The retreat features two cottages facing the viewpoint, one of which is an expansive, authentic Kerala-style wooden cottage, carefully translocated and reassembled to preserve its historic charm. Each cottage includes a private veranda with comfortable seating, allowing guests to fully immerse in the serene, panoramic surroundings. Additionally, there are two other Kerala-style wooden cottage rooms that overlook the vibrant plantation, offering a charming ambiance surrounded by nature.

For guests seeking elevated views, the first floor of the main building features two valley-view rooms. These rooms provide a spectacular perspective of the Western Ghats, perfect for those who appreciate both comfort and stunning scenery.
